PersonaAgent with GraphRAG: AI that knows your taste

AI that understands your preferences

PersonaAgent with GraphRAG is a new way to build language model agents that adapt to you. The agent learns a compact "persona" from your past choices and behaviors, stored in a knowledge graph. It also finds communities of related information across documents to capture broader patterns.

Before responding, the system assembles a dynamic prompt that blends (1) a summary of your preferences and (2) community insights. The result: consistent, persona-aligned answers that still benefit from collective knowledge.

On the LaMP benchmark, this approach improved news categorization F1 by 11.1%, movie tagging F1 by 56.1%, and reduced product rating MAE by 10.4% compared to prior methods.
